The Bullas Wine Route is made up of more than 20 members. Bullas has always been linked to viticulture, as can be seen by the discovery of the sculpture of the Child of the Grapes in the Roman villa of Los Cantos. As well as the more than 200 traditional wine cellars that can be found in the town centre.
There is a market of traditional products, El Zacatín, which is held on the first Sunday of every month in the old quarter of Bullas, where handicraft demonstrations take place. The month of October is dedicated to wine.
