Built in 2008, it is located in the area known as "Sierra de las Cabras" on the banks of what used to be the old riverbed of the "Rio Juá". Its more than 2000 metres of construction are born from the bowels of the mountain range itself, where after a process of clearing, the foundations of the building were laid there, thus conserving the temperatures of the earth itself both in the warm and cold seasons. Equipped with the most modern technology, it has a production capacity of 200.000 Kgs. of grapes, all of them on a selection table. Gravity winery eliminating processes such as reception in hoppers, transport in augers, pumps and long pipes, which inevitably deteriorate the grapes. The continuous friction, rubbing, breakage of berries and skins, and unnecessary oxidation are eliminated in this winery, giving way to the use of something as basic as gravity. Through its application, an important qualitative leap is made, allowing us to produce more natural wines and having obtained the certificate of artisan and ecological winery from the government of the region of Murcia.
