RAFFLE TICKETS MUSIC BETWEEN WINES

1. COMPANY ORGANISING THE PROMOTION

MILVENDIMIAS, S.L. (hereinafter referred to as "Milvendimias") with registered office at Avd. De Murcia 29, Jumilla (Murcia) and VAT No.B05569256organises for promotional purposes the prize draw (hereinafter, "the Promotion") of national scope, exclusively for adults in accordance with the provisions of the section on conditions for participation.

2. START DATE AND END DATE

The Promotion will have the following duration: from 6 June 2022 at 00:00h, ending 19 June 2022 23:59hboth inclusive.

3. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND MECHANICS OF THE PROMOTION

The requirements for participation are as follows:

• Participation is open to anyone over 18 years of age.
• Only participants who meet all the requirements of the Promotion as set out below will be entered into the draw.
• Participants may participate as many times as they wish.

The mechanics of the Promotion consist of:

• Follow the Instagram page @mil_vendimias.
• Comment and mention two friends in the publication of the Promotion.
• Share sweepstakes in Story and mention @mil_vendimias (if your Instagram is private you will have to send us a screenshot of the story).

4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION AND PRIZES

2 tickets for the event "Música Entre Vinos" are raffled. The winery will be selected according to availability.

The winner will be chosen at random on Monday 20 June 2022. 

Communication of the winner: After verifying that the winner has correctly fulfilled the conditions of participation, he/she will be contacted by private message via Instagram. In addition, the winner will be made public via our Instagram.

Presentation of the award: Entries will be sent via email.

Awards: The prizes contained in this promotion may under no circumstances be subject to change, alteration or financial compensation at the request of the winners. The renouncement of the prize will not entitle the renouncing party to any indemnity or compensation whatsoever.

5. DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES

If it becomes evident that any of the participants do not comply with the requirements set out in the Rules, or the data provided to participate are not valid, their participation will be considered void and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion and will lose all rights to the prizes awarded under this Promotion.

6. PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS

Comments or opinions whose content is considered inappropriate, offensive, offensive, insulting or discriminatory or that could violate the rights of third parties will not be allowed. Nor will comments against an individual that violate the principles of the right to honour, to personal and family privacy and to one's own image be allowed. We will not be held responsible for any damage caused by comments made by participants in the Promotion, which may at any time offend the sensibilities of other participants.

By way of example, but not limitation, we are not responsible for possible losses, theft, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor are we responsible for the use made by the participant with respect to the prize obtained from this Promotion.

We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances that could prevent the Promotion from taking place or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize.

8. INSTAGRAM

The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram and entrants release Instagram from any and all liability for any damages arising from the promotion.

9. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of 27 April (RGPD), and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December (LOPDGDD), I declare that the data I provide is real, truthful and current and I consent to it being processed under the responsibility of MILVENDIMIAS, S.L to participate in the prize draw and to send me information about their activities, events, products and services through the means of contact provided, and to keep them for no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of the treatment or as long as there are legal requirements that dictate their custody. In the event of winning the prize draw, I authorise Milvendimias to publish my name and image in the media and social networks of Milvendimias. I am informed that I have the right to revoke this consent at any time and to exercise my rights of access, rectification, portability and deletion of my data, and those of limitation and opposition to processing by contacting me at Avd. 10. CHANGES

We reserve the right to amend or extend these Promotional Terms and Conditions to the extent that it does not prejudice or undermine the rights of participants in the Promotion.

11. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These legal bases will be governed in accordance with Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of Murcia will be competent to resolve any claim or dispute that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or fulfilment of these terms and conditions.
